03/16/10 DISPLAY FLASH! Announced today the successful completion of a license agreement with Display Flash of Brazil, to design, manufacture and distribute a proprietary line of automatic pop-up displays.

The Display Flash line complements our current custom display business. The proprietary products are easily folded and packed into small cartons saving space, transportation costs and are quickly set up at retail with minimal effort.

KBRK Inc. will continue to use the Baird trade name. We believed the company and its employees deserved an opportunity for a fresh. That is why the four new partners consolidated financial resources and engaged in the process of purchasing the company.

Baird designs and produces high-quality temporary, semi-permanent displays, and it is our goal to restore the company to its previous high standard of quality and service. We will continue to offer a full service approach incorporating exceptional in-house design capabilities, complete project management support, manufacturing, and distribution from its Milwaukee WI location.
